For further information on the tax procedures for start-ups, advisers are available at your local tax office. 

These tax office specialists provide guidance on general tax matters. The aim is to remove any ‘stumbling blocks’ or ‘reluctance’ when dealing with the tax office and to support new businesses during their start-up phase, i.e. for around six months.

However, the tax office is not permitted to offer comprehensive tax advice, particularly regarding tax planning options. This is reserved for qualified tax advisers.
