Application for admission to a vocational high school in Bremen

Would you like to apply for admission to a vocational high school in the municipality of Bremen?

The upper secondary level of vocational schools is called Berufliches Gymnasium (BGy). It concludes with the Abitur (general higher education entrance qualification). This allows you to take up any course of study or vocational training.

The profiles of vocational grammar schools are based on specific fields of study and professions: Specialist practice and the basics of economics and computer science play an important role in each profile. They therefore offer particularly good preparation for courses of study and apprenticeships with such focal points. This also means that lessons are not just about content, but also about learning methods, teamwork and project management, for example. In addition, all pupils can complete a work placement in the upper school.

To apply for admission, please contact the relevant vocational school.

The contact details of the relevant vocational school can be found in the Bremen authority finder under "Further information".
