Apply for a special permit to drive in the pedestrian zone

For new applications and renewals:

• Submit a copy of the completed application form and the registration certificate Part I to us by e-mail or post or use our in-house letterbox.
• When submitting additional documents, please make sure that all your documents (number) can be clearly assigned to your application.

In the event of a vehicle change or license plate change:

• Please submit the original of the exemption permit and the copy of the new registration certificate Part I by post or use our in-house letterbox.

If you need a special permit for several of your vehicles, please enter the individual license plates in the "License plates" field.

What deadlines must be paid attention to?

Due to the extensive checks required for this special permit, we request that the application is submitted at least 14 days before the start of the journey. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
For the subsequent submission of documents: If your documents have not reached us within 14 days of submitting your application, we will consider your application to be irrelevant. In this case, you will not receive any further notification from us.
