If you or your child have been physically or mentally harmed by a vaccination prescribed by law or recommended by an authority (e.g. smallpox vaccination, polio vaccination), you will receive the same benefits as those provided for by the Federal Law on Victims of War, i.e. a cash pension and medical and health care benefits.
