You can apply for funding online, in writing or in person at the relevant office.

Online application

• Use the online service.
• The online service guides you through the application step by step.
• You can upload the required documents to the online service.
• The documents you submit will then be checked.
• If any documents are missing, they will be requested.
• Once all the required documents are available, the final processing takes place.
• Your notification will be issued and sent to you.
