If your company is planning measures to save energy, improve energy efficiency, use renewable energies in your operations, or create an energy concept, you can apply for a grant from the Senator for Climate Protection, Environment, Mobility, Urban Development and Housing.

The aim of the funding is to reduce energy use and CO2 emissions in the state of Bremen through additional and voluntary measures. (climate protection, resource conservation).

Requirements

Eligible to apply are

  • Businesses and companies from the industrial, commercial and business-related liberal professions sectors that want to implement an energy-saving measure in their business or company,
  • Financing, leasing or service companies that want to carry out an energy-saving measure and bill a business or company under a contracting agreement,
  • Land and building owners, tenants and leaseholders in the case of measures associated with a building.

Measures that the applicant is obligated to undertake under applicable law or by condition, or that are undertaken solely for reasons of maintenance, renovation, or capacity expansion, are not eligible for funding.

General and, depending on the project, technical requirements must be met, which can be found in the funding guidelines.
