Apply for vacation care at all-day elementary school

• If your child's school is an all-day school, you will receive an initial information letter about vacation care at the start of school.
• If you would like to register your child for paid vacation care, please contact the office of your child's school at the beginning of January.
• There you will receive the application form. Fill it out and return it to the secretary's office.
• Submit the required documents.
• The secretary's office will add your child to a list which will be sent to the responsible office.
• After the registration deadline, the responsible office will decide by February 15, based on the number of registrations, at which locations the vacation care will take place and how many groups there will be.
• If there are fewer places available than the number of registrations received by the deadline, the decision will be made by drawing lots. If there are still places available in the vacation care 3 weeks before the start of the respective vacation, all-day pupils who have registered late and half-day pupils from the respective all-day school can also be accepted.
• You will be informed in writing if your child has been allocated a place in the vacation care program. In the letter you will also find important information about paying the contribution. The payment of the cost contribution for vacation care must be received at least 6 weeks before the start of the vacation. If the fee is not paid on time, your child will lose the right to a place in the vacation care program.
• Cancellations of vacation care must be notified to the school in good time before the start of the vacation. If the child does not attend without having been deregistered in good time before the start of the vacation, a refund of the amount paid is generally not possible.

10,00 EUR bis 80,00 EUR per week for 1 child.
15,00 EUR bis 120,00 EUR per week for 2 or more children.
The amount depends on your gross annual income including child benefit. Please transfer the fee 6 weeks before the vacation. Childcare will only be provided if the amount has been received 6 weeks in advance.

What deadlines must be paid attention to?

Registration for vacation childcare must be completed by 31.01. for the entire calendar year.
