Assistance and counselling in cases of domestic violence

Are you a victim of domestic violence and don't know exactly where you can get help and support? Are you perhaps not even sure whether you are a victim of domestic violence in a relationship and would like to get information?

When people are violent against "their" partner, one speaks of domestic violence. Even after a separation this violence sometimes does not stop. Many people, mostly women, experience humiliation, insults, intimidation, abuse or even rape. Some victims are seriously injured or even killed.

Often children are also affected.

Domestic violence is not a separate criminal offence, but includes various criminal offences. Domestic violence is never a private matter.

Requirements

People who experience violence from their spouse or family members, as well as their relatives and professionals who deal with them, can take advantage of confidential initial counselling. The aim is to become clear about what you want to or should do now.
