Auction lost property

The public order office regularly auctions lost property.

If neither the owner nor the finder is interested in the lost property, the municipality acquires ownership after 6 months and the lost property is released for auction.

The official announcement is made in the daily press and on the website for lost property matters.

Items acquired at auction belong definitively to the purchaser.

If possible ownership rights to the item are asserted during an auction, the lost property will be removed from the auction to clarify the ownership situation. Once proof of ownership has been provided, the item will be handed over to the person entitled to ownership.

Payment at the auction can be made in cash or by EC card.

If there are dates, they will be announced in the daily press and here.
