Basic information
After registering as a professional caregiver, you have notification and verification obligations. 
Professional caregivers must notify the parent authority immediately of any changes to the overall scope and organizational structure of the professional caregiver's activities. 
You must submit the notifications and evidence of these changes independently. You will not be reminded to submit them. 
The competent authority is the authority in whose district your registered office is located. If you do not have a place of business, the care authority at your place of residence is responsible.
