Procedure

The registration of a company in the commercial register is generally carried out by a notary public.

The entry itself is made by the district court.

The purpose of an EEIG is to facilitate or develop the economic activity of its members and to improve or increase the results of this activity.

The association does not have the purpose of making profit for itself. The activity of the EEIG must be related to the economic activity of its members and may only constitute the auxiliary activity to it.
