Procedure
If the erection site is located in the construction protection area and the specified variable heights are penetrated, your request will be processed as quickly as possible on the basis of an application. Other agencies, such as DFS and BAF, will be involved as part of the procedure.
The same applies to a height of 100 m above ground level on Bremen territory.
If the heights subject to submission in the construction protection area and a height of 100 m above ground outside on Bremen territory are not exceeded, the applicant will be informed immediately that there are no objections to the construction from the point of view of the aviation authority.
Submit the application at least 2 weeks before the start of the project, but in compliance with the deadline regulation, therefore submit as early as possible.
In doing so, state the type of aviation obstacle, the location (state the location coordinates in UTM or WGS84) and the height in meters above ground and, if known, in meters above sea level (NHN) of the top of the aviation obstacle, as well as the date of erection and, in the case of temporary obstacles, the duration until which the obstacle will be in place.
