40,00 EUR Basic fee.

The GebOSt stipulates a basic fee of EUR 40.00 and a maximum fee of EUR 1,300.00 for the decision on a permit or exemption for large and/or heavy goods transport in accordance with Section 29 (3) or Section 46 (1) sentence 1 no. 5 StVO. The respective fee amount depends on the number of vehicles used, the total weight, the authorities/public authorities involved in issuing the notification, the transport dimensions and the effort required by the authority until the notification is issued.
