In Bremen, a vanity plate can be reserved for a fee in advance at the vehicle registration offices or online for 90 days.
Basic information
The reservation will be deleted if the license plate is not retrieved within this period.
When selecting license plates, umlauts, combinations with the
- combinations of letters HJ, KZ, NS, SA, SS
- number combinations 18 and 88 as well as
- letter and number combinations AH/HH/FG 420/204
are not allowed.
License plate reservations with the above combinations, which may have been made in the past, may no longer be assigned with immediate effect.
