Granting of an event permit

For events on main roads or with a number of participants of more than 500 people, a permit must be applied for at the Office for Roads and Traffic.
If the event takes place on secondary roads or if the number of participants is less than 500, the permit must be applied for at the responsible police station.


We need this information from you:

  • Type of event
  • route on which the event will be held
  • do you need an additional area for set-up and dismantling?
  • Number of participants
  • Date and time (start and end) of the event
  • Responsible person (with address and reachable telephone number, e.g. cell phone)
