The meeting centers supported by the city of Bremen offer many opportunities for social and cultural exchange. 

 Regular activities such as yoga, gymnastics, board games, dancing and discussion groups are aimed at seniors over 50. Cultural performances, day trips and information events are also offered. 

 The focus is on social interaction and joint activities, as well as entertainment, information and fun. Active participation is also possible.
