Professional caregivers must prove their reliability when registering.
If there are any changes that mean that you are no longer reliable, you must inform the home authority immediately.

These can be

• The imposition of an occupational ban or a provisional occupational ban.
• A final conviction for a misdemeanor or felony.
• The initiation of preliminary or criminal proceedings.
• The initiation of insolvency proceedings.
• The loss of or a significant change in liability insurance cover.
