Procedure
The applicant must arrange for the Part II registration certificate to be sent to the vehicle registration office.
After processing, the vehicle registration office returns the registration certificate Part II to the financing institute.

The registration certificate Part II (vehicle registration document) is returned to the guarantor after two weeks, unless the guarantor grants other deadlines.
Please note that Part II registration certificates are regularly sent by registered mail. It may take three to five working days to send them.
