Procedure

The public order service stops cyclists riding through public pedestrian zones and informs them that cycling is not permitted there. In addition, the public order service is entitled to issue warnings free of charge or for a fee, report the offense and take measures to avert general danger.

The public order service can levy a warning fine in cash directly on site or report an offense. In this case, you will receive a letter from the fines office.
