The development plan provides information on whether a plot of land can be built on and in what way.
The development plan is a binding land-use plan.
Among other things, it determines the type and extent of possible constructional use, the construction method, the land areas that can and cannot be built over. It always consists of the plan itself and the respective textual and graphic definitions in the legend (explanation of the plan).
The development plan will be made available to the public by the city's citizens at the appropriate local office, at the Senator for Environment, Construction and Transportation and also online at www.bauleitplan.bremen.de.
