If you are a trained socio-educational professional and have completed further training in psychosocial court assistance, you can apply for recognition as a psychosocial court assistant.  

You may only work as a psychosocial trial counselor in Bremen once you have been recognized.

									    Requirements
You must have the following professional qualifications: 


  • a university degree in the field of social pedagogy, social work, education or psychology and/or a completed vocational training in the field of social pedagogy, social work, education or psychology,
  • the completion of an initial or further training course in psychosocial process support recognized by the state of Bremen,
  • at least two years of practical work experience in one of the fields of social pedagogy, social work, pedagogy or psychology,
  • the necessary personal qualifications, in particular about counseling skills, communication and cooperation skills, ability to deal with conflicts, ability to work under pressure as well as organizational skills,
  • personal reliability
