Request deletion of registration as a professional supervisor

Send an informal request for deletion of the registration to the parent authority.
You can do this in the following ways:

• in writing by post
• by e-mail
• via the special electronic public authority mailbox (beBPo)

You can find the contact details under "Responsible authorities".

• The main authority will make sure that no more professional care is being provided.
• A message with the date of deletion is then sent to the person who submitted the request.
• If a guardian is deceased, the heirs do not need to submit an application. The parent authority will delete the registration ex officio as soon as it has certain knowledge of the death.
• After deletion, the parent authority informs all guardianship courts and guardianship authorities.
