Small firearms license

You need the "Small Weapons License" if you want to carry a scare gun, an irritant weapon or a signal weapon with PTB marking.

It should be noted that with regard to the small firearms license every 3 years a reliability test must take place, which is associated with additional costs in the amount of 50.00 euros!

In most cases, a permit is required to handle weapons or ammunition. You need a "small firearms license" if you want to carry a scare gun, an irritant weapon or a signal weapon with PTB marking.
According to the Weapons Act, the term "carrying" means: the exercise of actual power outside one's own home, one's own business premises, one's own contented property (e.g. fenced property) or a shooting range.
Note that carrying an alarm or irritant weapon is not appropriate to protect against assault. If anything, arming yourself increases the risk of escalation.
The "small firearms license" does not entitle you to shoot.
