Unsubscribe broadcasting fee for companies and institutions


Are you giving up your business premises or motor vehicles used for business purposes? Then report this to the responsible office and you will no longer have to pay broadcasting fees for them.

If you give up your business premises or even motor vehicles used for business purposes, the obligation to pay contributions does not apply.

In addition, the obligation to pay contributions in the non-private sector does not apply to the following:

  • non-profit facilities for disabled persons
  • Youth welfare facilities
  • facilities for addicts
  • non-profit associations and foundations
  • public general education or vocational schools

Likewise, you do not have to pay broadcasting fees for establishments that do not provide a workplace.

Requirements

You are still the owner of a permanent establishment or motor vehicles subject to contributions and you decommission them.
