Upon appointment as a tax consultant, membership of the pension fund for tax consultants automatically exists. The Anseatic Chamber of Tax Consultants Bremen has joined the Lower Saxony pension scheme by state treaty. The Lower Saxony Tax Consultant Pension Fund is an independent corporation under public law. The legal task of the Steuerberatererversorgung is to grant its members a comprehensive old-age, occupational disability and survivors' pension.
