For the first-time final construction (also of partial measures) of roads, the City of Bremen charges development contributions in accordance with the Statute on Development Contributions (see Development Contribution Act of 14.01.2016. 

If required, the Office for Roads and Traffic, Development Division, will provide information, subject to a fee, on development contributions that have already been paid or are still outstanding or are to be collected in future. 

For this purpose, property owners or their agents are to provide the property to be valued including the parcel number.
