Name: Adding a name to the married name

I would like a double name.

The spouse whose maiden name has not become a common married name may add (prefix or append) to the married name his or her maiden name or the surname kept at the time of the determination of the married name, provided that the married name does not consist of several parts. If the name to be added consists of more than one part, only one part of that name may be added.
