Access to the file on severely disabled persons

Every applicant, their legal representative or a person authorized by them or their legal representative is entitled to inspect the files.

Requirements

If an authorized person wishes to inspect the severely disabled person's file, a power of attorney must be submitted to the Office for Care and Integration Bremen.
