Access to the file on severely disabled persons

• The files can be inspected in the office building of the Office for Care and Integration Bremen.
• Thanks to digitization, it is now also possible to view the documents from home.
  
  • The AVIB needs your e-mail address for this.
  • You will receive a LINK by e-mail and an access code by post.
  • You will then be able to access your documents from home.
• In exceptional cases, the file can also be sent to other authorities etc.
• In order to avoid any inconvenience, we ask that you make an appointment in advance for matters relating to your severe disability (e.g. access to your severe disability file), unless there is an ongoing application procedure. Otherwise, a second appointment cannot be ruled out, as existing files are stored in a central archive for organizational reasons.

If the applicant wishes to receive copies from the file, a fee must be paid per copy (see also "Fees/costs"). An invoice will be issued for this and the corresponding amount must be transferred. Once the amount has been received, the copies will be made and sent to the applicant or their authorized representative/legal representative.

For requested photocopies a fee of Euro 0.75 per copy is to be paid.
Due to insignificance, amounts up to Euro 5.00 are not charged, i.e. up to 6 copies (6 x Euro 0.75 = Euro 4.50) are free of charge. As soon as this amount is exceeded, all copies must be paid for.
