Procedure
Agri-environmental measures
The application must be submitted to the Lower Saxony Chamber of Agriculture. The applicants enter into voluntary commitments in the programme for at least 5 years. In order to receive the subsidy, a minimum subsidy amount of 250 € per subsidy measure must be exceeded (further information under "Forms/Online-Service").
Compensation for Difficulty
The application for compensation for aggravating circumstances must be received by the Chamber of Agriculture of Lower Saxony within three months of the entry into force or notification of the measures giving rise to the aggravation. For subsequent years, the application must be received by 15 May of the calendar year for which the compensation for hardship compensation is applied for
