Procedure
You can apply for an electronic health professional card (eHBA) online:
- Go to the specialist portal of the electronic Health Professions Register (eGBR) and complete the online application.
- Entry in the eGBR costs a one-off administration fee.
- Once your application has been received, your professional authorization will be checked.
- Once the check has been completed, you will receive an email with the results of the check and your transaction number.
- You can use the transaction number to order your eHBA as a chip card from a trust service provider (VDA) of your choice for a fee.
