Procedure

For example, on the question of whether the proposed school building meets the legal requirements. The academic qualifications and personal suitability of the teaching staff and the pedagogical management are also checked in advance. In addition, the requirements for the educational goals, the fulfillment of the ban on special education, and the economic and legal position of the teaching staff in comparison to the teaching staff at public schools are also examined.
Approval of private elementary schools is also dependent on special educational interest and the lack of comparably oriented schools in the state.
