Apply for compensation instead of a monthly social compensation payment for injured parties
Procedure
When you apply for compensation, the social compensation law institution will check whether and to what extent you are entitled to compensation instead of a monthly compensation payment for injured parties. You will receive a notification of the decision and, if applicable, information on the benefits granted as well as other necessary evidence.
You can apply for social compensation benefits in writing.
- If necessary, you can make an appointment with your contact person at the pension authority or at your responsible office.
- You will receive a notice of approval for the application for compensation. If the entitlement is not established, you will receive a rejection notice.
