Procedure
The responsibility for all registration matters lies with the vehicle registration authority in whose district you have your main residence.
- The application must be submitted to the local registration authority at Stresemannstraße 48 in 28207 Bremen.
- You must make an appointment at the registration authority to submit your application.
- You can make an appointment online or by telephone.
- Bring all the required documents to the appointment.
- If you meet all the requirements and the documents are complete, the licensing authority will issue you the exemption at your appointment or send you the exemption afterwards.
