Registration with the competent authority is unsolicited. As soon as you put a business premises into operation, remember to register, which you can easily do online.

The following information is required for registration:

• Company name and address of the contribution debtor and his legal representative,
• current address of each place of business
• the last address of the debtor reported to the state broadcasting organization
• full name of the owner of the permanent establishment,
• number of employees of the establishment,
• contribution number
• date of the beginning of the holding of the permanent establishment or of the motor vehicle liable to pay the contribution,
• information on the branch or establishment affiliation
• Number of contributing hotels and guest rooms and vacation homes
• Number and place of registration of contributing motor vehicles

The fee payable is based on the number of employees in addition to the holder.
