Procedure
The attached application (see form) for the granting of an exemption under water law pursuant to §§ 74, 76 of the Bremen Water Act must be submitted to the water authority of the Senator for the Environment, Construction and Transport (see "Competent authority"). In triplicate, additional copies must be submitted:
- General plan with marking of the property
- Site plan
- Building specification
- ground plan and sectional drawing

If the use or necessary modification of the flood protection installation is significantly impaired by the use or exploitation, the exemption may be revoked.
