• In the case of partnerships, a separate business deregistration is required for each personally liable partner.
• With eMeldung, it is possible to enter the business registration online and transfer it electronically to the business registration office. You will be guided by an assistant when entering your data.
• At the end of the process, you will be shown a summary of your data.
• You will then be sent a confirmation of the business registration with the corresponding payment request by post.
• You can also deregister your business in person or in writing.
• We would like to draw your attention to a special service for tradespeople: Business deregistration can also be handled by the Single Point of Contact - the central contact and service point for business at Wirtschaftsförderung Bremen GmbH.

  In the case of representation by written power of attorney, the authorized representative must be able to identify themselves with an identity card or passport.
  Please remember to also provide the authorized representative with your identity document (at least as a photocopy).
