Procedure
- In the case of partnerships, a separate business deregistration is required for each personally liable partner.
- With eMeldung, it is possible to enter the business deregistration online and transmit it electronically to the business registration office.
Online data entry (see button "Further information" top right):
. When entering your data, you will be guided by an assistant.
- At the end of the process, you will be shown a summary of your data.
- You will then be sent a confirmation of the business registration with the corresponding payment request by post.
- You can also deregister your business in person or in writing.
- We would like to draw your attention to a special service for tradespeople: Business deregistration can also be handled by the Single Point of Contact - the central contact and service point for business at Wirtschaftsförderung Bremen GmbH (see Responsible offices).
