An extract from the land register or the property tax assessment is required so that the applicant can prove his ownership. This does not refer to the inhabitants of the dike roads, but mainly to farmers who have land, meadows etc. there, but do not live there. Or horse owners who have bought a meadow on the dike and have accommodated their horse there etc.
