Electronic legal transactions in the State of Bremen

At all courts and public prosecutor's offices in the State of Bremen, all proceedings can be conducted in accordance with 

- the Code of Civil Procedure, 

- the law on matters of voluntary jurisdiction, 

 - the Commercial Code, 

 - the Cooperatives Act, 

 - the Partnership Company Act, 

 - the Insolvency Code 

 - the Labour Court Act, 

 - the Administrative Court Rules, 

 - of the fiscal court order, 

 - the Social Courts Act, 

 - the Code of Criminal Procedure, and 

 - the law on administrative offences 

electronic documents are submitted.
