Procedure
The Family Court issues a further copy/certified copy/simple copy of the judgement/decision with a legal endorsement on written, informal application.
The application can also be made by e-mail with scanned identity card or by fax.

Divorce decrees can only be applied for at the Bremen District Court from the year 1978 onwards. If you are born earlier, please contact the Bremen District Court (Domsheide 16, 28195 Bremen, office@landgericht.bremen.de )
