Procedure
The Family Court issues a further copy/certified copy/simple copy of the judgement/decision with a legal endorsement on written, informal application.
The application can also be made by e-mail with scanned identity card or by fax.

Divorce decrees can only be applied for at Bremen District Court from 1978 onwards. For earlier years, please contact the District Court of Bremen (Domsheide 16, 28195 Bremen, office@landgericht.bremen.de )
