The "Hilfen zur Erziehung" are manifold and are arranged individually in each case. It is therefore obligatory to make an appointment at the social centers. There, those seeking advice will receive more detailed information about what concrete offers of help are available and under what circumstances they can make use of them.

As a rule, very personal and family experiences and feelings are discussed between those seeking advice and the counselors, which require a trusting framework. All counselors therefore have a duty of confidentiality.
