Procedure
You can view the contents and supplementary documents of development plans online on the websites of the respective state authorities or on site at the relevant authority.
You can find a link to Bremen's land-use plan information system under "Further information" - "Where can I find out more?".
If you would like to view the development plans on site, you will generally need to make an appointment with the relevant authority.
In the case of older development plans, you may first have to apply to the responsible authority for access.
