Making a citizen's application in the district

Procedure

A citizen's application can be submitted informally.

The advisory board is required by law to deal with the application within a period of 6 weeks. This does not necessarily mean that a substantive statement has been prepared. It can also be the preparation of a referral with invited representatives of the industry, which can be followed by a second referral - with a focus on the content.

The discussion itself can take place in a technical committee or in an advisory board meeting.

The applicant will be informed of the result in writing.

Applications can be submitted to the advisory board via the local office.

Residents who have reached the age of 14 years may submit applications to the advisory council in matters related to the advisory council, provided they expressly consent to the publication of their surname and first name. This consent can be revoked at any time. The revocation shall be deemed to be a withdrawal of the application.
