What deadlines must be paid attention to?

Additional payment amounts must be paid in cash on the due date specified in the notice or reminder.

- Advance payments are to be made non-cash and in such a timely manner that they are received by the tax office on the statutory advance payment dates. These are the following prepayment dates (March 10, June 10, September 10, December 10 for income tax and corporate income tax).
- Advance payments for trade tax are due on 15.2, 15.5, 15.8, and 15.11.non-cash.
- The due dates (15.2, 15.5, 15.8, and 15.11) also apply to the instalments for property tax.
- The amounts according to the advance VAT returns are to be paid in cash by 10.

How long does it take to process

Payments shall be made in such a timely manner that the amounts - taking into account the bank route - are received by the relevant treasury on the due date.

What are the costs?

Bank charges may be due for a bank transfer. Late payments may be subject to late payment penalties.
