Procedure

            			
You can comment on the spatial impact assessment or submit a statement from the public announcement onwards. Comments should be submitted electronically. 


  • The competent authority collects and reviews all comments received. It takes into account all private and public interests.
  • The spatial impact assessment concludes with an expert, non-binding opinion.

Legal remedy: You cannot appeal against the result of the spatial impact assessment, as this assessment has no direct legal effect. However, the result can be reviewed if an appeal is lodged against an approval decision in the subsequent planning and approval phase.
