Procedure
The Senator for Children and Education is responsible for processing applications for funding for inter-company training. Applications for state funding for apprenticeship training can only be submitted by the Bremen Chamber of Crafts and Trades. The Bremen Chamber of Crafts can carry out the training courses itself or commission other qualified institutions to do so.
Applications are processed free of charge. The Chamber of Crafts submits an application for the following year to the Senator for Children and Education by December 1st of each year. It is obliged to submit proof of use of the grants by June 30th of the following financial year. The relevant forms must be used for the application and the proof of use.
