Procedure
You can apply for the residual waste garbage can in various ways:
By telephone
- You can apply for the residual waste garbage can by telephone.
In writing:
- Send the form "Ordering and/or deregistering waste garbage cans" as an e-mail.
- You can also apply for a residual waste garbage can in an informal letter.
The residual waste garbage can will then be delivered to your property address after successful processing. You will find the delivery bill and other important information on the garbage can.

If the residual waste garbage can is too full, you can also dispose of residual waste with the Bremen bin liner. You can buy them at various recycling stations and in many retail outlets.
Please place the garbage can on the sidewalk on collection day with the lid closed and the handle facing the street. Put the garbage can out from 18:00 at the earliest the day before or by 06:00 at the latest on the day of collection. Please also make sure to label your garbage can with the street and house number.
