When using the electronic signature, the signature function must be blocked separately in case of theft or loss of the ID card. This blocking is done directly with the provider from whom the signature certificate was purchased. Alternatively, the blocking can also be carried out in the BürgerServiceCenters of the Bürgeramt.

  • German in the sense of Art. 116 Para. 1 of the German Basic Law (GG)
  • Registered in the municipality with main residence
