Please note that you must present your personal interests in a well-founded way, with proof, e.g. through well-founded specialist medical certificates. We will then examine your request and call or write to you if we need further information or evidence. If the legally prescribed reasons for which we may grant a tolerance permit are present in your case, you will receive a formal tolerance permit. If we cannot grant you a tolerance, you will receive a justified decision. 

Tolerated persons who have already been granted a Toleration by the Migration Office will be contacted before expiry of the Toleration in order to clarify whether the obstacle to departure still exists. If the obstacle to departure still exists, the toleration is extended. If the obstacle to departure no longer exists, you will receive a reasoned decision.
