The laying or modification of the laying of cables is subject to approval. 

When applying for route approval, telecommunications companies and companies commissioned under § 68 (3) of the Telecommunications Act may apply for the approval of the provider of the infrastructure charge to relocate or modify telecommunications lines.

								    

									    Requirements
To use this service you need a Business service account. 

To apply for it legally you need 

- a license certificate from the Regulatory Authority for Telecommunications and Post, 

- the participation of organisations concerned by the measure. 

- They must have checked or verified the route of the pipeline to other pipelines. For research, we recommend that you contact the ASSIP management information centre:
